The online social networking site LinkedIn is the perfect place to share PowerPoint documents, it has been claimed.
Network World has reported that the site can be an excellent place for individuals to upload their PowerPoint presentations, as it offers users the ability to download from other users at the push of a button.
Individuals who have a profile set up on the website can store all their PowerPoint presentations on the site and set them up to stream if a user clicks on their profile.
Furthermore, the site allows an individual to limit access to files to just those individuals whom the user trusts.
Meanwhile, IT World recently reported that the best way to publish PowerPoint presentations online is to convert them in to Flash files first, as this will compress the file making it easier to transfer and will also make it compatible with more operating systems and applications.
