The client
India Blue Mountains is a leading investment company that develops and acquires unique real estate assets and hotels in India.
The brief
Earlier this year we worked with India Blue Mountains on their re-branding design and initial property portfolio presentation. Our relationship with them has been so successful that they asked us to design and produce both their Investor presentation and Annual Report for 2008.
Challenges:
- A new brand presents its own challenges and it is not just a case of following the brand guidelines but actually coming up with the ‘look and feel’ to follow.
- Ensuring a corporate finish without losing the contemporary design or the focus on the financial information being presented
The solution
From the originally branded Investor PowerPoint presentation right through to the ‘new brand’ Annual Report, the contemporary design and feel is evident.
The design highlights and enhances the financial information rather than overwhelming it, and ensures the presentation and Annual Report are corporate in both ‘look and feel’.
